My iphone 5 keeps restarting and it doesnt turn on

So my Iphone 5 has been a bit dodgy recently, as in, it restarts by itself every few minutes. But now its just dead.

It keeps restarting then the whole screen dims and restarts again, and its gone to the point where it only shows the apple logo and then the screen goes black

and restarts again.

Can anyone help me?
