Setting time and date on Apple tv

After I restored my Apple TV I can't access it, because it stuck on " setting date and time". I tried to set the time and date

manually but it wont work. When I type my Apple ID to test the network or for home sharing it says wrong I'd or password. I have restarted my Apple TV but

no luck
