i have had 10€ in my giftcard. i bought a season over the mastercard, because the Money was less from the giftcard. Now i would change it back and the Money is away. I don't understand
If you mean that the balance has gone from your iTunes account, then when you do a purchase your balance will automatically be used first, with any remaining amount charged to your credit card - so the €10 should have been taken from your balance, and the remainder to your card.
