I phone 4s battery life after iOS 8.3

I Have just upgraded my I phone 4s to iOS 8.3 with terrible results with the battery life. I have turend off everything possible to try to conserve power but even with virtually no use the battery drains in no time.

DOes any one have a fix for this or can you down grade back to the previous iOS ?
