Freezing 2012 MacBook Pro Retina 15

Hi everyone, I've recently acquired a 2012 rMBP 15 and it likes to freeze once per week for no apparent reason. Almost every time it froze from just scrolling on either Safari or Chrome. I've tried doing a clean reinstall of Yosemite from USB about 10 days ago and I thought I was in the all clear until it just happened again today. When it freezes, it would freeze for a minute and then it would restart it self but If I had music playing, it would loop the same 1 second of the music until it restarts. I've had a look through the console log for each crash and I can't seem to find anything significant that could've caused this.

I've tried turning off Handoff, switching to Chrome, verifying and repairing the disk permissions and nothing seemed to have worked. I also can't seem to replicate the crash intentionally, it just happens on its own every 4-10days. I reinstalled steam last night, could this be the cause?

Heres a log of the most recent crash:

I've read from other posts that GPU switching can cause freezing but I don't see anything about GPUs on this log. I have other crash logs saved if required.

What do you guys think? I can't seem to work out if its a hardware or software issue.

Thanks in advance,
Anthony
