Can you charge an iPhone 6 purchased in the US in a country that uses Europlug (220 volts) without an adapter?

You do not need a voltage converter. The iPhone can use 220. However, you will still need a plug adaptor as the plug that comes with the iPhone sold in the U.S. Will not fit in to the wall outlets they have in Europe.
