Since installing Photos Update; my Aperture no longer see's my iPhone. Anyone having the same issue and resolved this?
Have you confirmed that you trust the Mac? If not, launch iTunes, then connect your iPhone, and when prompted, confirm on the iPhone that you trust the Mac.
I had the same problem after installing the new "Photos" app from the App Store updates. I also have an app called phone view which will make the iPhone available to aperture if it is executed while aperture is running. The steps I took were as follows:
1.) Connect iphone to MAC
2.) Start aperture and select to import files at this point the iPhone is not available
3.) Start PhoneView and iPhone next appears in aperture
4.) Close phone view and import pics from iPhone.
Guess the new "Photos" doesn't want aperture to be able to "wake up" the iPhone for import...
