Safari has disappeared how do I retrieve it

HI! Safari has disappeared from my home screen, and I have tried checking the restrictions but I don't know my restrictions password ( it's not my passcode for my lock screen ). I have also tried resetting the home screen arrangement but that didn't work either. Do you know how I can retrieve Safari?

Have you tried searching for it using Spotlight. While on your on your Home Screen drag your finger down the screen bringing up the Search box. Search for Safari (it could be tucked in a folder).

If it is in Restrictions then unfortunately the only way to reset Restrictions is restoring your iPad as a new device, and if you have a backup from before Restrictions was set, you can then restore that,
