Keberos: how do I know if it is working as it should

HI. Starting off. I admit I am not technically minded and may have done something I should not have. i have a MacBook running ML 10.8.5

i was following directions to turnoff air drop. As I was doing this, a screen popped up saying Keberos was trying to connect externally or something to that affect As I did not know what Keberos is, i choose the option to deny it access

Q1. Is this now issue for me and if it is

Q2. is there anyone who can advise me, as simply as possible what I need to do to correct the issue
