The issue may be due to failed or poor quality RAM memory chips if the
computer has been upgraded in this capacity lately; or it may reflect a
hardware problem, sometimes those can appear to cause a Kernel Panic.
Sometimes, software can be incompatible between different makers, so
that may also be contributory to a Panic.
To post a log report may help someone remotely diagnose or suggest a cause.
