icloud photos not showing photos

Why I can't see photos in my icloud account? The photos are loading and loading ages, then the webpage shows error. Looks like you apple guys can't make a working site, I am moving to dropbox.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2

Yes, it is really tough to get to "the apple guys", so no wonder you are wishing me all the best with Dropbox instead of this crappy apple thing, which is not working well when installed on PC as well as on their own website. This is the same situation for months now.

BTW: did you know, that Windows 10 Phone will be able to run Android apps? When I am using Microsoft cloud it works way better. And I have ther 25 GB of space for free, not only 5GB. Worth considering to move to that platform in the future, as there is no more "amazing" in apple's world...
