Best online workshops

I am about to buy a new MacBook Pro. I see free workshops in stores but I am too far away (4 hours). What is the best online free alternative? And if you say YouTube, please get specific to courses or a person who is an expert. I want to take everything from the basics on so I'm using my MacBookPro well from the beginning.
