Question

I reset my Apple password AGAIN, but still am unable to sign into iCloud and have been frozen.

I need to buy more storage but have been frozen out of my iCloud account as it won't accept yet another updated Apple password. I also need to update my user name as it is a former email address. Any suggestions? This is so aggravating!

Turn your device all the way off then back on then make sure your backup is on then restart the whole device

I tried the reboot, but iCloud is still not accepting my password. I'm thinking I must have a different password for iCloud but it's not accepting any that I've used or ever used. Grr! Will have to call support.
