can you upgrade the graphics card in a mac pro xeon

i am wondering if i bought a 2006 mac pro xeon could i upgrade the horrible graphic card to at least a 1.5 graphic card

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5), might want to buy

If you do not have the Mac Pro I would find a 2008 or later but preferably, a 2009 or later one.

You should not pay money for a Mac Pro previous to 2008 model, unless you are desperate. Those are limited to 10.7.5 at the latest, and that is no longer getting security updates.

If you have even a little money you should start shopping with the 2009 and later models.
