ipad freezes after 8.1 update

Good Morning All:


I just upgraded my iPad to 8.1 and now it either freezes or simply crashes. Anyone having the same problem or any advice on how to overcome this issue.

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (VZ), iOS 8.1.3
