i'm not able to login to istore because its telling your payment method has been declined whereas,i've provided my debit card info properly.please guide me am new to apple gadgets.

Can you access your iTunes account from a computer? If you can, go to Store > View Account, enter your password when prompted and look at your payment information again.
if i try to sign in using istore on my laptop ,after entering my email id and password it displays "The aplle id has not yet been used with itunes store.please review your account information."
when i press review .it redirects to the page where i have to enter payment information.
If your card has been declined you will not be able to use it with you Apple account. Call the card company to find out why it was declined or use another card.You will not be able to proceed until you enter a valid payment method.
