Mac keeps crashing post latest update / Photos

Question

I have a crash report but had a few issues with the Mac since the upgrades to Photos and the like, the Mac is slower and I have worked through the verification on the hard drive after Disk Utility found errors. However I keep having serious errors that cause a restart - I have a report now - any help?
