Text using blue bubble
I Followed apple support in trying to change text msg from icloud to the blue bubble. Its not working. It was working fine before i upgraded to ios8.3
now I'm so confused. Can someone help me out?

THe blue bubble that you see when you message means that you are texting or iMessaging with another iOS device such as another iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, you do not see the blue bubble when you send SMS messages to an Andriod phone or a regular "dumb phone". In those instances you see a green bubble. However, you can only text with those types of phones if you have an iPhone and if you use text message forwarding,
So my question to you is this, what exactly are you talking about or trying to do?
