Will this game run on my MBP?

I own a 15'', Mid-2009 MBP with a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M, 256 MB VRAM. Now, this question is on my mind: will “Call of Duty: Black Ops” run on my Mac, or will it stutter all the time?

GameAgent tells the 9000 series are unsupported chipsets for that game and ranks a “Might Run” on my MBP, but if I lower graphic performance at the minimum, will it run or will it have issues anyway?

I have doubled my RAM from 4 to 8 GB with two Corsair modules to improve performance and since then Mavericks and Yosemite have ran much better. Will games do the same?
