I installed ICloud on my Surface Pro and it was working fine to download my photo stream images but it has now stopped doing images from my photostream. It IS downloading new shared images. What is going wrong?

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with iCloud on your Windows machine. If you continue having issues with your Photo Stream, you may want to double-check that your account is configured as outlined in the following article:

Oh, I have uninstalled and re-installed ICloud for windows numerous times. I cannot get it to load any of my PHotostream images past April while it DOES pick up shared ones. Not sure how to deal with this...
