Mirroring from Ipad to Apple tv was working before, but now there is just a black screen. Although I hear what is playing on the Ipad on the tv.

That is not mirroring, but rather basic AirPlay and either the app is no longer enabled or there is an issue. Regardless, it is up to the developer to take care of it.
