organizing photo folders on iphone 6

When I try to save my pictures to my computer I see a large number of folders containing them and not organized in time so the last pictures may be located in any of those folders (35 folders right now !).

How can I get rid of so many folders and keep just a couple or even only one?. My computer is a PC running under windows 7.
