I have been relocated to a new country and changed of internet provider. Please advise how to update the settings of my airport express

In order to answer you question, we need the following information:


1) What model of AirPort Express that you have......check on the side or bottom of the device to locate the model number. Hard to see, it starts with an "A" followed by four numbers. Example......A1264 or A1392.


2) The make and model number of the modem that you are using.


3) What operating system that you are using on your Mac or PC. If you have a Mac, and are not sure what OS you have, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then click About This Mac and post back with the OS X Version number that you see there.


Depending on the information that we receive, we may need to ask additional questions If your Internet Service Provider is using a protocol like PPPoA that Apple does not support.
