Q: You see a black screen, but can hear alerts, sounds, and vibrations. Force restart dosen't work

The Phone still makes noises but dosen't turn on.

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1.2

Yeah but it just started vibrating randomly.

Now it says it's in recovery mode and now it's heating up, should i worry?

Its dead
nothings happening, not charging, or turning on and it feels like it's melting
