My Macbook Pro is 5 years old and it's not running as it used to be. i need to format it and reinstall the IOS.
The problem is that my origin installation DVD is damage.
what can i do?

iOS does not run on a Mac. It only runs on mobile devices.
Call AppleCare and request a replace of the original install DVD. They will charge you a nominal fee for shipping and handling.
Why do you think you need to reinstall OS X?
You will need to contact Apple Customer Service in your country for a replacement set of Discs. They will require the serial number of your Mac and a nominal handling fee.
