activate cnngo

Since CNNgo became available on AppleTV, I have yet been able to get past Verizon's FIOS activation page. The Activation Code on the AppleTV is constantly awaiting activation. I have tried to activate on my iPad, my Mac Mini, a PC, Safari browser, Firefox browser. None of these methods have been successful. I sent an email to CNN about the problem and never received a response. I tried calling Verizon but somehow during the convo got cut off. Mostly likely the person didn't have this issue before and probably hung up to avoid further stress. Anyways, if anyone else is having this problem, let me know, especially if they found a solution.
