Bright spots on bottom of retina Macbook Pro screen

I opened my laptop this afternoon and noticed a series of bright semi-circles on the bottom of my screen. They're present at all levels of brightness and screen warmth. Attached are a few pictures taken from my phone, which accurately show the issue at the bottom of the screen.

Actual screenshots taken from the computer's screenshot utilities don't show these spots. I got the laptop back when the rMBP 15' first came out, not sure if I got AppleCare with it or not, though. Thanks for any help!
