iCloud

I have an iPhone 5s and ever since I got it, it hasen't allowed me to sign into iCloud. The iCloud has an incorrect email which is different from my apple ID, and if I try to reset the password it changes the apple ID one not iCloud. Fairly recently the sign into iCloud message has been popping up way more frequently and is getting annoying I don't know how to dismiss it.Can someone help me?

It sounds as if you have a second-hand iPhone, and the original owner has not released it properly.


This article describes Activation Lock, which is in effect if the above is true. Follow the steps in the article to have the previous owner release the iPhone. If they will not do that or you cannot locate the previous owner, then you are out of luck and nothing can be done.
