I can't download apps on iPad mini

When I go into the app store and press get when obtaining an app, it makes me type in my password. I type it in, it loads, then it just says get again. I can't get any apps, I tried different apps multiple times. I looked it up and found some thing that said I should sign out then Into iTunes. I signed out, then I could not sign back in. I went to the Apple Store, I told them my predicament and showed it. they had me sign in on the computer just to prove that I wasn't typing in the wrong Apple ID they also had me sign in on my iPad multiple times and it still didn't work. They said they were booked for apointments and such, I'm comming in Saturday, in a week. Until then can anyone help me.
