How can the time be stamped everytime i write?

basically what i mean is. If i were to write. " had phone call with a client we talked about blah blah" how can the time automatically be stamped with out me writing it?

You can also stamp date-time with just a keyboard shortcut after installing this Today Automator Service (Dropbox link).


To install in your Numbers > Services menu just double-click the downloaded .workflow package and, if necessary, click 'Open Anyway' in System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Once it's in the menu you can assign a keyboard shortcut the way you can any other menu item by going to System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Services:
