Battery percentage is different at login screen

Hi,

Everytime I boot up my MacBook Pro , the battery percentage reading is different at the login screen than after I login .Is there something wrong with my battery.

Like at my login screen the percentage is 94% but after i type my password and actually login, it changes to 96%

I'm at Yosemite 10.10.3

Resetting your Mac's SMC may help resolve the disparity in charge indicated in your Mac's menu bar at the login screen.

I am having the same issue. I reset my SMC and that did not fix the issue. Anyone else have a solution? It's really annoying.
