Question about the apple in ear head phones

i hope everyone is well, my parents purchased me a set of apple in ear headphones roughly 2 years ago and they have already been replaced once because of a faulty ear bud and now the exact same thing has happened to the new pair. I only use these with netflix and YouTube time to time on my iPad so I am not sure why this keeps happening. I would like to replace them but I am not sure if they are still under warranty, can anyone assist me? Thanks in advance!
