I do not wish to view 'iCloud iTunes Terms & Conditions.' message.

Update and from August ios
'I cloud itunes terms & conditions' message is displayed.
By pressing 'View terms'
Setting > I cloud to move.
I can not check out the terms.

This is repeated every time.

Property Value Type : if initialization (Backup > restore) did try.
- Sign in, changing the personal information, log off payment information changes did try.

But, did not resolve.

Asks for help.
