I bought an official iPhone 5s charger why does my phone say it's not certified?

this is getting annoying. I went to the Apple Store yesterday bought an charger and it Doesn't even charge My phone because it's uncertifie. What can I do? Is there anything to do?

That usually is caused by dirt or debris in the charging port. Power the phone off, and use a non metallic probe (like a tooth pick) to make sure that nothing is in the port.
