some android devices cannot connect to iPhone 5 personal hotspot

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,

My iPhone 5's personal hotspot cannot be connect by certain android devices. At the initial stages, the android devices can connect to my iPhone 5's personal hotspot; some even throughout 2 years. However, a couple of devices could not connect to the hotspot (even when only one device was connected at that time; or when no devices for connected to the hotspot at that time). Any recommendation on how to overcome the issue? Thanks in advance 🙂
