I disassembled an iPhone 5s. But after reassembling that same iPhone 5s. I have no power. Is there something I left out. It's like an open circuit. Has anyone experienced this and found the cause? And if so how did you fix the problem.

If you have any parts left over on the table, you left something out.
But that's the thing I don't have any part left. Everything is back where it should be. But still no power.

The iPhone is not considered user serviceable. You might want to try a site like ifixit.com.
Congrats. You have ruined your phone. As the iPhone is not user serviceable, there is no help for you on this forum. Try searching on the web.
