How do I delete an unwanted voicemail password?

Voicemail and voicemail access is a carrier area. The only thing related is entering the password so the phone can essentially enter it for you.

That means that the provider of your cellular service (your "carrier") controls your voicemail password. Only the provider of your cellular service can help you with questions about your voicemail password.
