syncing music > 'drag and drop' music onto iPhone > not highlighting or transferring to iPhone
When I drag and drop a music file onto my iPhone 5s, it is supposed to highlight blue and then flash and disappear after I let go of the file. However, nothing at all happens when I do this. iTunes 12.1.2. iOS 8.3. Windows 7.
