I decided to create this topic cause i am not able to download paid apps from the Apple Store.
I bought an iTunes Card and the card was successfuly applied to my account and balance was transferred.

I clicked to this link but i do not know my reset e-mail's passwords means i am not using this e-mail anymore,can you help?

You will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then update your rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support
Or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT5570
