Q: how to create a direct access for "dictation and speech" (not accesibility)?

Hi there!

I use my computer up to 8 hours minimum every day (for studying and chilling), and i speak 3 languages fluently and i change continuously among them for reading, dictating and speech. 

I make continuous use of dictation, and ideally i'd like to have a magic button that changes the language configuration of the 3 altogether with one click, but assuming that i'm asking too much I'd be more than happy by just being able to create a direct access to "dictation and speech".  I'm not asking for an accessibility access (which i know can be easily set) because accessibility is based on only one language.

Does anyone know how i can do that? Any help is welcome!
