HOW TO DELETE photos from iPHONE

I Want to create space on my iPhone, how to delete photos that I already transferred to my laptop? I already deleted some pics but there are in 2 folders-Camera Roll and Photo stream, which is the right one to delete so I delete permanently.

Camera Roll are the ones that are "native" to the photos that you took on the phone. If you have them on your desktop, you can delete the ones in your Camera Roll.
