mac book pro making clicking sound and it won't start
My mac book pro 15 inch starting making clicking or clanking noise and went to grey screen…. I powered it down and restarted and it just make the noise and shows grey screen. Any idea?
It would be helpful if you indicated the EXACT model/Year MBP that you have and the OSX.
Based on your description, it would appear that the HDD has failed. Replace it and try to install the OSX.
