OS 8.3. Now I can't email photos

Help. No longer can I pick a photo and email

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).

Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Tried to reset did not help... when I get to the mail - it will not recognize my account so I can't mail a photo.. All was fine before OS 8.3

Still looking for an answer.

Delete your email account and re-add it, then try again.

I was going to delete email account but was concerned that I might lose some info? Then I added another account- this one was a yahoo, Now I can email it defaults to the yahoo account. so ? wondering if there is a conflict /problem OS 8.3 and the hotmail??? Would rather use my hotmail, but at the moment I can use the yahoo. Not sure what else is messed up after the OS update.

No, you won't lose any info by deleting the account. Some settings in the Hotmail account either got messed up during the update, or you're using two-step verification and must get a special password to use for a mobile device to set it up again.
