I keep receiving unwanted mails from Japan and tried to use rules to have these directly put in the waste but it does not work. I for example used the following rules:
if one of contains the mail address in question
transfer the message to waste basket
I also tried
if from the mail address in question
transfer the message to waste basket
but the messages keep coming.
Has anybody an idea how to go about it ?
Do not put the whole address string in the rule as it probably changes slightly for each e-mail. I always put in the From field only one or two words in the address that are common to the messages I want to send to junk or delete, i. e. comcast.
