Apple watch on iPhone 4s with iOS 8
I wanted to know if I like but an apple watch can I use it with my iPhone 4s 16gb with iOS 8 on my 4s???

Sorry, but you'll need at least an iPhone 5 to be able to use the Apple watch, the app for the Apple Watch is not included in iOS 8 for an iPhone 4s
Apple Watch requires an iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, 6, or 6 Plus and iOS 8.2, which includes the new Apple Watch app.
