Help! How to remove an external usb disk encryption

Hello evreybody.

I have encrypted an external usb disk with the finder ("right-clic" on the disk -> "disk encryption"). It works really good but then I have connected this external disk on my Airport Time capsule, and I can't acces it anymore.

So I decided to remove the disk encryption but when I go to the right-clic menu, the choice "remove encryption for thi disk" is in grey...

Did someone know how to remove the encryption (without erasing the disk!)

Thank you very much for your help¨

Problem still there but in an other place...

I reboot my mac and then I can acces the menu. But : when I connect the external disk, it doesn't mount.. I have to open Disk utility, then clic on the volume name and then choose remove encryption. Then the volume mount. But i have to do at anytime.

Thanks for your help!
