iOS 8.3 random progress screen on iPad 3

MY iPad 3 is driving me crazy since the iOS 8.3 update.

It randomly goes to the black and white apple progress screen when using apps.

Some apps seem to be more affected. I've missed out on last minute bids on eBay because of it.

My three year old son is getting very frustrated trying to watch YouTube.

Sometimes it won't do it for ages and other times it will flash back and forth to the app for one second before returning to the progress screen for what seems like ever.

Interestingly it hasn't done it once since writing this post. Only difference being I have just plugged it in because the battery was getting low.

I Hope Apple fix this soon It's driving us insane!
