Error Code while Restoring iPhone in iTunes

Hello everyone i have a problem of my iPhone 5 and iTunes i downloaded the newest iTunes Version and when i downgrade my iPhone 5 iTunes says Error code (3194) i want to downgrade my iPhone 5 to ios 8.1.3 because i updated it to iOS 8.3 😟 and also when i try it again it keeps saying the same error.

Sorry, but downgrading is not supported, that's what the error is about.

The only thing to make sure that the software is installed correctly on your phone would be setting it back to factory settings, without using any backup data afterward and setting up the personal data manually.
