I buy my iphone4s from internet and he is lock to icloud and i cant use it. How can i unlock and add a new profil (my own profil) to use the phone. I cant get back to the seller and also i cant sell it again . Please help for my problem!

Only the previous owner can unlock it, return it for a refund if you can.
I buy it from internet (used) and cant find the seller to give it back . I cant sell it ,because nobody wont to buy the phone and i cant used now . Is there any chance to unlock this icloud to use the phone ?
