IPhone videos not showing up in Photos on iPad and Macs

HI there,

Photos taken with my iPhone appear in Photos without issue across all devices.

However, videos recorded on my iPhone DO NOT appear in Photos on my other devices.

I'm using iCloud Photo library, iCloud Photo sharing, Upload my Photo stream on my iPad and Macs.

I'm using iCloud Photo sharing, Upload my Photo stream on my iPhone.

All devices are using the latest versions of iOS and OSX.

How do I resolve this?

I have tried switching "Show all my videos" off and on again, in Settings > Videos, to no avail.
